The mission of group is to collaborate and grow YP events and opportunities in order to develop young credit union professionals through education and networking in order to create and retain a strong, passionate workforce of future credit union leaders.
The Young Professional Advisory Committee will meet minimally 6 times a year remotely and once being at the Naperville office to help plan and promote ICUL YP events. This opportunity will put you in the driver’s seat for our two signature YP events - The 2026 YP Conference and the 2026 CRASH of Annual Convention. The committee will also aim to coordinate and execute some additional engagement initiatives throughout the year that involve community outreach and YP connections.
