IFPA-NCUA Interim Final Rule

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has published an interim final rule related to the Illinois Interchange Fee Prohibition Act. We’re asking credit unions to submit a comment letter by the due date of July 9, 2026.

Commenters should submit comments through the Federal eRulemaking Portal. Comments must be submitted on or before July 9, 2026.
