We're thrilled to announce an exciting new opportunity for former YPAC members: the YP Ambassador Program! This program is designed to recognize and leverage the leadership potential of our most dedicated young professionals. By serving as a mentor, speaker, and event planner, you'll inspire others, share your knowledge, and create unforgettable experiences.

As a YP Ambassador, you'll have the chance to:

  • Mentor the next generation of YPAC leaders
  • Shape the future of the Young Professional community
  • Network with industry leaders
  • Earn exclusive perks and benefits
  • Commit to being a mentor to all current YPAC members
  • Commit to being a speaker at YPC
  • Step in for any absent/terminated YPA member
  • Lead fundraiser to raise a minimum of $2k toward YP events & needs
  • Recruit interested YPs to become involved
  • Assist with planning of YP events
  • Attend all YPAC planning meetings
  • Create 1 volunteer event for YPs to complete together
  • Commit to attending "Hike the Hill" to represent YPs
  • Attend League Collab meetings with Jasmine (4x annually virtual)
  • Attend 1 in person Welcome & Collab meeting with new Committee member
  • Commit to share/repost YP specific social media posts from ICUL brand platforms

Develop a Mentorship Program: Establish a structured mentorship initiative within the first six months, pairing each Young Professional Advisory Committee member with a suitable mentor to enhance their professional growth.

Achieve Fundraising Milestones: Create and execute a fundraising plan to raise at least $5,000 by year-end, surpassing the minimum requirement to support Young Professional events and initiatives.

Expand Young Professional Network: Recruit a minimum of 10 new young professionals to get involved with the committee or its events over the next year, expanding the network and influence of the Young Professional community

  • Applicants must also have committed support from their supervisor/manager to serve in this leadership role
  • Must have served on the YPA Committee and either have Crashed AC and/or attended YPC.)
  • Ages 18-40 ** If there was a YPA Committee member that served prior to 2025 that was 40 at heart, they can still apply**
  • Commitment: 1 year, however with Manager approval, they can stay on for 2 years total
  • Active with Local Chapter
